A lovely garden with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, and a nearby private beach. The restaurant serves Sicilian specialties, accompanied by a good selection of local wines.
Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of having to show proof of payment at check out! So fun.

We had a fantastic stay at this hillside gem! The view of the surrounding mountains from our basic double room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff, especially Ilenia and Nicola, were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The pool area, although small, was still enjoyable and offered both shaded and sunny spots.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaint.

The location was on point, with a short drive to Cala Mazzo di Sciacca beach club where we slayed all day. We also caught a dope show at the Nino Croce Theater, the vibes were unreal. Plus, the hotel was hella chill with their check-in policy, making sure all of us cool kids were there with our photo IDs. Can't wait to come back and live our best teenage lives again!
Only thing we wished for was a better party scene for us young party animals. Like, a cool club or a live DJ at the hotel would have taken the lit factor to another level.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing weekend at this hotel. The double room we stayed in was cozy but perfect for us. The atmosphere of the hotel was captivating, and the view of the surrounding mountains was truly awe-inspiring. The staff, especially Ilenia and Nicola, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were incredibly helpful and kind, and were quick to assist with any requests we had, even helping us prepare food for our baby. The swimming pool area, although on the smaller side, was still enjoyable, especially with the picturesque mountain backdrop. The location of the hotel was stunning, allowing us to witness breathtaking sunrises over the mountains. The staff were attentive and always ready to help, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Just make sure to rent a car to easily reach the hotel. The hotel is located near the sea, surrounded by peaceful bungalows near the pool. The accommodation was lovely, and the staff provided exceptional service. The bar staff even brought our drinks and complimentary chips directly to us at the pool or our bungalow, making us feel truly welcome. To explore more, we drove to Scopello center, which offered incredible views and great restaurants, especially in the evenings. The patio in front of our room had a breathtaking view, and the overall location of the hotel was beautiful. Most of the staff were kind and accommodating, promptly fixing any issues we had, such as a running toilet. our stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing getaway.

Staff relatively helpful, breakfast was good and the price we paid was very reasonable
Rooms were not that clean, had a small insect splashed on the wall and some small webbs on the ceiling

The breakfast was really good, with a nice selection of food to choose from. The location was great, being in a peaceful area away from traffic noise. It was really handy having a pool to relax by, it was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day at work.
The bed was too hard and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. The staff were friendly, but their English was limited, which led to some misunderstandings.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The view from my room's patio was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the pool area which was clean and tidy. Although I didn't go to the beach, the hotel's transportation service made it easy for me to get around. Moreover, the hotel's location near a typical old Sicilian village and a little supermarket was very convenient. Lastly, the staff was kind, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

This hotel offers a peaceful location that is close to a little supermarket and within reach of a picturesque, old Sicilian village. The rooms are spacious and many offer great views. The breakfast is basic but satisfying and the staff is mostly kind and accommodating.
The pool area could benefit from an upgrade as it lacks a bar, and some of the furniture in the rooms seems outdated.

The hotel had a great central location, which made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. We were also happy to find a parking lot with a shuttle, as we didn't want to worry about driving and parking in the city. The terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
We had to pay for swim caps even though we were told they were mandatory to use the pool. The furniture in the room was outdated and could use an upgrade.

The rooms at Hotel Grotticelli were absolutely fantastic! They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, like satellite TV to keep the kids entertained, a fridge to store snacks, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. It felt like a cozy home away from home.
Personally, I found the minibar in the room unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion!
